The cost of a consultation is $185 for a 50 minute session. With the rebate this brings the session fee to $88.65 out of pocket.

A $97.35 medicare rebate is available with a Metal Health Care Plan. NDIS clients are often able to claim a full rebate on sessions. Private health fund rebates vary, but many offer rebates for psychologists. Please check with your individual health fund to confirm the rebate amount.

To maximise the benefits of your treatment, regular attendance is important. We recognise that unexpected events can disrupt your plans, so if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance (or by Friday morning for Monday appointments). This allows us to allocate your session to someone else in need.

If you’re unable to provide the required 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee will be charged as outlined below. However, if we can fill your appointment slot from our waiting list, no fee will be applied. Cancellation fees are in accordance with the Australian Psychological Society's guidelines.

Fees for missed appointments or those rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice:

• 1st occurrence: 25% of the full session fee

• 2nd occurrence: 50% of the full session fee

• 3rd and subsequent occurrence: 75% of the full session fee

Please note that pre-payment is required for all non-face-to-face and telehealth appointments, and sessions cannot commence until the session fee is settled. Information on payment methods will be provided prior to your session.
