The majority of clients use the secure stripe system, which will automatically deduct fees at the time of your appointment. To maximise the benefits of your treatment, regular attendance is important. We recognise that unexpected events can disrupt your plans, so if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance (or by Friday morning for Monday appointments). This allows us to allocate your session to someone else in need. If you’re unable to provide the required 48 hours' notice, a cancellation fee will be charged as outlined below. However, if we can fill your appointment slot from our waiting list, no fee will be applied. Cancellation fees are in accordance with the Australian Psychological Society's guidelines. Fees for missed appointments or those rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice: 1st occurrence: 25% of the full session fee 2nd occurrence: 50% of the full session fee 3rd occurrence: 100% of the full session fee Cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card on file.
